Before the show
01
Upload the venue's plan
Upload the PDF or image of the floor plan the venue gave you. AI detection finds the tables and numbers them, and you fix anything it got wrong. Set your table types and prices, then publish. You get 2 detection credits when you sign up and 5 more when you connect Stripe.
While tables sell
02
Vendors pick a show, then a table
Your shows page, like captainexpo.com/riverbend, lists all your upcoming shows, so one link in your Instagram bio covers them all. A vendor picks a show, picks a table on the map and pays. The table is held for thirty-five minutes while they pay, so no two vendors can buy the same table.
On the day
03
Scan tickets at the door
Sell admission tickets for the same show. Volunteers scan the QR codes with their own phones, and you can print a door list in case the wifi goes down.
Allow instant booking or review vendor applications.
Choose for each show. With instant booking, vendors pick a table and pay straight away. With applications, vendors pick the tables they want and apply, and you see who they are and what they sell before you approve or decline them. Approved vendors get an email with a link to pay.
- Instant booking or applications, set per show
- Each application shows the vendor's tables, categories and Instagram
- An approved vendor's table is held for 72 hours while they pay
Sell admission tickets and scan them at the door.
Put tickets on sale from the same show your vendors book. Buyers get their tickets by email with a QR code on each, and never make an account.
$10.80
What the buyer sees
The price includes the fee
A $10 ticket shows as $10.80. The buyer pays the 3% + $0.50 service fee, and you pay nothing on tickets. Each ticket type, such as GA or VIP early entry, has its own entry time and limit.

At the door
Volunteers scan with their own phones
Make a check-in link for each volunteer. They open it in their phone's browser and scan tickets, with no app or account. If a ticket was already scanned, the screen shows when and by whom. Each link stops working 24 hours after the show ends.
CSV
If the signal drops
Print a door list as a backup
Print the door list or download it as a CSV. It has every paid order by the buyer's last name, with the number of tickets of each type. The copy volunteers can download has no buyer emails.
